Are there any memberships fees?
Will I be obligated into a whole year as a member?
No, unlike other clubs we have absolutely no minimum membership time. You pick how many months you would like to join or give as a gift. You can join any of our clubs from 1 to 12 months. You may cancel at anytime. However if you do join for a whole year we will give you a instant rebate of $25.
When will I receive my monthly shipment ?
Shipments arrive the 3rd and 4th week of every month.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes, when you order you can select pay monthly for your membership, there is no extra cost.
What is your Guarantee policy?
100% Satisfaction is guaranteed as a member. Our members happiness is very important to us and we will make it right by either replacing a shipment or refunding your returned unused shipment if there is any problem.

How do you ship your products?
We use a variety of common carriers depending on which club and where you are located. Shipments arrive the 3rd and 4th week of each month. The shipments are packed with protective packaging with a perfect presentation of the product. Also included in the package is our monthly "Expedition" newsletter for that particular club.
Can you ship to PO boxes, FPO or Apo boxes?
Yes, only 3 of the clubs - Cigars, Coffee and Chocolate we ship to PO, FPO and APO boxes.
Can you ship outside the Continental United States?
No, only within the continental U.S.
Can I pay by check?
Yes, in addition to all the major credit cards you can pay by check. Please remit the first months payment to our corporate address below via postal mail. Please note what club you want to order and when you would like your membership to start. We will then bill you each month before the shipment.
