Mystified by how many people said “Yes!” when you, your spouse, and then your kids invited them over to watch the game on television? When feeding a bunch of people you don’t exactly know, pizza is the perfect “Go To” menu food.

If you like to cook and time allows, you can serve up a variety of your favorite made-from-scratch pizzas. If you want to enjoy the game, forget that, and call the local pizza joint. If you want to enjoy pizza, the game, and impress the company, plan ahead and order extras from your favorite Pizza of the Month Club!

The vast majority of Americans love pizza, but sadly, statistics show that we do not eat enough of it. On average, we consume 46 slices of pizza per person annually. One hundred slices are recommended. That means each of us needs to step up and eat at least 54 more pieces in 2017. I question the validity of the statistics (46 and 100 seem ridiculously low!) but I am definitely looking forward to increasing my consumption.
